Easy copycat Carrabbas Spicy Sicilian chicken soup. Years ago Carrabbas actually posted their recipe to their chicken soup on their website. Theirs was very similar except they cooked a whole chicken from scratch using the broth and shredding. I’m all about simplicity. I like to pair this with Chicago hard rolls from Publix, or another crusty bread. This is one of my favorite soups & it’s perfect timing with the weather cooling down for a lot of you. (90’s & humid here 🥵) Let me know if you try

Carrabba's Spicy Chicken Soup is easily going down as my new go-to soup recipe! It's layered with flavors and oh-so comforting!!!! Plus – I used leftover rotisserie chicken to make it even quicker. https://buff.ly/3mNvLxp | Food Hussy

Just like Nonna used to make… warm, hearty, and full of love in every spoonful. This Sicilian Style Chicken Soup is a cozy hug from the inside out! 1️⃣ Add chicken, water, potatoes, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and seasonings to your crockpot. Gently stir. 2️⃣ Set it on low and let it simmer for 4 hours—your kitchen’s about to smell amazing. 3️⃣ Boil the ditalini pasta separately, then drain and stir it into the soup. 4️⃣ Finish with fresh parsley and a taste-test—you might not want
